Refund & cancellation policy
Fees for Services
You agree to pay to JoboApps any fees for each Service you purchase or use (including any overage fees), in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Where applicable, you will be billed using the billing method you select through your account management page. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.
Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis (we call these “Subscriptions”). This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”). Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription immediately after the Subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.
JoboApps may change the fees charged for the Services at any time, provided that, for Services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your Subscription. JoboApps will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change becomes effective.
Unless otherwise stated, any overage fees incurred by you will be billed in arrears on a monthly basis. Overage fees which remain unpaid for 30 days after being billed are considered overdue. Failure to pay overage fees when due may result in the applicable Service being limited, suspended, or terminated (subject to applicable legal requirements), which may result in a loss of your data associated with that Service.
We strongly believe our products will work without any issue, troubles, problems and we are available to help you sort any issue resulting from any number of reasons.
Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged, We refund only if our Products do not work on your server but we need to confirm it from our end. Related to design and features, Refund will not be acceptable. Before the purchase is made, you must check demos whether it’s suitable for you or not
Services and Charges
In consideration of the payment of Charges, as defined below, JoboApps will provide the Services to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. “Charges” means the monthly fees applicable to the particular Services you have elected to receive from JoboApps. You have either agreed to pay on a per order basis (“Order Payment”) or a flat monthly fee (“Flat Fee”). If you have agreed to Order Payment then for all Services that you receive you will be billed one month in arrears, each month, based on the number of orders for the previous month. If you have agreed to pay a Flat Fee, then for all Services that you receive you will be billed one month in advance, each month, on the day that you initially registered for the Services. If you cancel the Service you will be immediately billed for the Services you have used that you have not already paid. You will not receive a refund or credit for a partial month when you cancel the Service. All Charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes owed by JoboApps.
